[Reader-users] a bit of truth about the reader

The distributor I purchased mine from hasn't called me either.  But I 
wouldn't expect him to.  I would expect that he thinks all is fine if I 
don't call him.

I just came from a meeting today where I said that silence is taken as 
agreement.
