well, I suppose.
Technically, the reader could simply scan and read a book - one page
at a time.
However, navigattion will be a huge challenge.
Consider trying to find the right chapter, section, etc. Consider
managing all those pages. Consider reading summaries, rescanning
sections, etc. when reviewing for an exam.
I might consider using the reader to read a section of text during a
lecture. However, I would not suggest trying to scan an entire book
using the reader.
I haven't tried this, but You could consider scanning the book using a
regular scanner and then putting a text or html version of the book on
your phone, and reading it that way. However, you'll probably want
talks or mobilespeak to make this work well.
