[Reader-users] reading the list

How do you guys and gals read the list? You, like I, probably, want to go to the request / comment which is new, read it, thengo to the next.
Using outlook or outlook express does apparently not offer any way to easily jump from input to input.
I have tried to paste the day's text into word,but that does not seem to hlep.
there is extreme superfluous amount of unwanted info, both previous messages to which people react and a bunch of id-data regarding sender, time and so on and so forth.

I use the days summary method to avoid  mails coming in all the time, and that probably is what makes the task reading and retrieving good advice and hot issues very timeconsuming and less effective.
any advise?
