On my 6680, the actual battery contacts are at the bottom, so I hook the top
end of the battery with a fingernail, and push it slightly down, then lift
it, and there you go.
To put it back in, I just put the lower contact end in, and then sort of
gently lock the top part into place.
On my phone, apart from the contact part being at the bottom, it's
specifically three small feelable areas on the lower right (from behind)
edge of that battery, and I think the N82 is a similar shape, but might be
wrong I suppose.
