[Reader-users] Reader Locked

Take the battery out manually and then put it back in (pretty sure you're 
talking about a mobile reader?).

That should force it to reset.

The only other thing I originally struggled with with Talks (before I found 
the manual), is it's mute option which was basically, the talks key followed 
by the C (clear) key, which would mute/unmute it if the key combination got 
pressed by accident while it was in my pocket or something, but I don't 
think that's your current problem.
