Hi John, if your mobile reader is working, it must have been installed, not just copied, to the memory card. it may have been installed to the memory card, which will still allow it to run but not optimally. was the installation performed by one of our dealers? i would like to help you correct this situation and see that it doesn't happen to other users. please contact me at jim at knfbreader.com or call me at 443.854.0854 so we can get your reader set up to work as it should.

Hi again.
I have an additional piece of info on the issue on which I wrote earlier:
the programme files which was used for the instalation was put on the memory card and not downloaded to the memory card through using the Nokia PC suite.
I am far from sure that this has any importance, just wanted to mention it.
May i at the same time ask if you guys have experienced that the Nokia PC suite downloaded from the Blindsea website was
- easy to install for a blind person
- is truly accessible when first installed.
As for the first issue, my experience was that during installing the N PC Suite, JAWS did not give adequate info so as to be able to install it without sighted help.
Regards
John
