[Reader-users] My questions relating to upgrade etc.

Hi there

Firstly, since we no longer have an official distributor/supplier this side 
(South Africa), how would I even look into the upgrade process if I decided 
it was worth it.

Secondly, would my ongoing (unsupported in the sense that no-one seems 
able/willing to try help me sort it out) problem with my classic screen not 
displaying anything affect this whole upgrade process?

FWIW, I actually bought my unit in the UK from SightAndSound, but it's 
obviously not easy for me to get back that side.
