[Reader-users] pdf files

Hi, I can't seem to get my Kurzweil 11.2 to print in the virtual printer. Know madder what I do I can't print a pdf file all it does is say that it can't print to the file out put.. This is a 65 page pdf file and when I open it in adobe and try and print it in the kurzweil virtual print it well not do it. Also if I open the pdf file in Kurzweil it only shows the first page but it will read the page just fine. Any ideas??
