Hey there Pam,
As you may know from experience, the KNFB Reader Classic was a great reader 
and it had it's benefits, one of which is that it is rather forgiving when 
it came to taking images. The new KNFB Reader Mobile is also a great reader, 
however it is potentially less forgiving in terms of point and shoot. This 
is why we are providing buyers with a training document which will serve as 
a tool to teach users how to affectively use their new device
