[Reader-users] Question for a Client

Hi Ray and Gary,
I have Model B and the reset button is on the bottom left edge, once you hit the reset the unit will do the rest.
But I have a question for Ray does the camara turn on at all? The reason I ask my PDA and camara worked fine together with one battery and would not work with the other.
So if I might recommand making sure the batteries are fully charged and then changing them out. Making sure the flap is pulled tight across the top and trying again.
I hope this is some help.

Subject: [Reader-users] Question for a Client
Hello:
I received a help desk call from someone who got a new KNFB Reader last
week. He's been trying to call KNFB Reading Technologies about this
problem, but hasn't heard back from anyone, mainly because the KNFB
folks are in DC.
So, maybe someone on this list can help. The person who got the reader
tells me he's having problems getting the PDA to recognize the camera.
I know in our lab when we had a machine from someone with this problem
that my colleague re-set it, but I'm not sure how he did it. Does
anyone have any step by step directions of things I can help him try to
fix this problem?
Thanks,
