[Reader-users] A question

Hi folks,

If there is indeed a more portable version of the reader announced,  
how will we get it here in the UK. It has to be said, our dealership  
here is useless. As I wrote to Jim privately, when I send my reader  
back for repair, I don't expect it in bits and in the case the wrong  
way round. The camera was replaced though which is good I suppose but  
even so. Having also to be told i'd dropped the reader when I  
certainly had not was rather disappointing.

In short, it has to be said, sight and sound are useless at supporting  
this product. There difficulty is that they market so many things and  
try to support them that the customer looses out.
