[Reader-users] can I request to get digital books with the prefix of PL?

Hello Mr. Weirch,

I was browsing the NLS talking books inventory, and came across the book, 
item number :
PL000015.  When I attempted to request this type of media, I got a page 
indicating that i was  not signed up to recieve this type of media.  Is 
there any way I can sign up to recieve titles in this media format?
