Hi Randy;
Please do not be imbarrissed with some of my comments. First of all,
are you chargingg the batter in its adapter or in the camera. You need
to charge it in its adapter and the prongs that go in the plug are
hidden. They are folded up on the under side of the charger. Unfold
them and plug it in with the uncharged battery inside. Make sure the
battery slides in easily. If you have any trouble getting it in, check
to make sure you are not putting it in wrong. Many batteries charge in
the unit, but not this one. The power only goes to the PDA.
Good Luck.

Subject: [Reader-users] camera battery

Hi everyone,
I just received my new reader a week ago and love it.
I have a camera battery that won't take a charge. The battery that came
installed will take a charge but the extra battery that came with the
reader will not. Am I missing a tab I have to remove to expose the
contacts? If not how should I get another battery? I bought the unit
through an adaptive products company. The unit was drop shipped to the
company and they in turn shipped it to me.
Thanks for any help in advance.

Randy.
