[Reader-users] Scanning Large pages

I have had pretty good success with larege pages by holding the camera up
high.  Some experiments using the field-of-view can be useful to get the
right height.  I've been able to read my sample ballot, and large menus
this way.  It might be a pain to do with a whole book, though.
