Most software is just updated around once a year. You are a whiner
and a complainer, and have complained repeatedly about this and that
since you came on this list. The KNFB Reader is a technology-driven
cutting-edge product, and thus is moving fast. It is like buying an
aggressive growth stock. The potential rewards are great, but there
is a downside too.
I am sorry that my words are harsh, but you repeatedly tie this
list in knots with your complaining and accusations of being
cheated. You were not cheated. Your product has been updated, and
repaired, and will be supported. There is a fairly priced upgrade
path if you want it. If there wasn't, people would be complaining
about that too!
