[Reader-users] new reader accuracy

Hey there all,
As Mr. Gashel mentioned, there is a 5% accuracy difference between the KNFB
Reader Classic and the new KNFB Reader Mobile. Now, this is neither a 5%
positive nor is it a 5% negative, which means it could go either way. From
my experience, I've always had it go in the positive direction. The amount
of accuracy increases with the user's familiarity to the device, which
happens over time. To answer Ms. Denise's question concerning updates, the
answer is a resounding yes. As technology develops and grows, we shall do
our best to evolve as well. I foresee this technology growing in leaps and
bounds in the next few years, and I hope to participate in it's conception
and development.
