[Reader-users] new reader accuracy

If there is a 5% accuracy difference between the new reader and the old,
which way does it go?  Is the new one more accurate, or less?  This
matters quite a bit to me, as the old reader is not 100% accurate anyway. 
If the new one is less accurate, it's a strike against it in my
decision-making.
