I'm with at&t wireless -- it is satisfactory for my needs -- although there
is one feature on the phone that isn't supported by the network: video
calls... not that I ever thought of such a thing before, and probably
wouldn't use it if it were available, but it isn't there yet but is
supported on the N82.
Wireless web surfing requires a monthly service charge of $25, which is kind
of steep in my book, but that gives you unlimited internet hours and use of
wayfinder, and can be cancelled any time.
Does that answer your questions?
If you care to chat my cell number is 651.269.2224
Take care.

La;
Can you write me directly and tell me about the company you use, cost
and about your plan. I think I want Talks, so tell me about how it
works. I think I want a simple plan for now.

Hi all -- I've just been playing around more and more with my new mobile
reader and have nothing but praise for the whole package. First, I had
an
N73 phone before getting the N82, and I can say that the processor on
the
N82 is MUCH faster than the one on the N73. I also use talks which I am
liking better than mobilespeak, except that it doesn't have the tight
control over verbosity options that mobilespeak had -- I would like it
to cut some of the chatter, and maybe I'll find a way of telling it to
do that, but other than that it works great.
As for the reader, it is reading generally better than the classic -- I
mostly use it for reading labels, which is kind of hit and miss as
labels have differing sizes and fonts and colors, but in general I'm
getting more accurate and complete info from the reader.
Just thought I'd pass it along.
Happy reading!
