[Reader-users] battery life

Although not as crucial with lithium batteries as with the nickel 
cadnium, they still should be discharged completely now and then. The 
problem is customers are demanding smaller cell phones, so the batteries 
are also smaller, and can't provide as much power as when the phones 
were bigger.
