[Reader-users] currupt file please help

Does the reader run without the memory card or does the software need to be 
installed again as such (the same process you use to upgrade the software as 
such)?

If the software is in fact running, and it's just the document memory card 
that now seems 'corrupt' I'd sort of assume that you can simply put it into 
a card reader slot on a laptop/PC and then clean it up/format it, since I 
think someone else on this list said the reader would then automatically 
restructure it when it was again inserted.

Only problem is that you might then lose whatever you had on it before, but 
you should be able to back it up first using the card reader on the PC, and 
if the formatting/restructuring process helps, then you should be able to 
sort of copy back the current reader documents back sort of one at a time 
and see if they all at least work.
