Hi:

My reader lost power and needed to be calibrated. After it was calibrated I
put in sd card, it said to wait a few minutes and nothing happened.
Someone read the screen and it said window-usbd.dll was in use or in rom.
What does that mean? How do I fix it?

Thanks for your help.
