[Reader-users] problems getting the knfb mobile reader

  I had the same problem.  I sent several emails and left several phone messages and never got a response.  So, I figured they did not want my business and went with another verdor in Northern California.  They were prompt and very willing to work with me on getting the phone, Talks, and KNFB mobile software set up.  So, if you are not satisfied go with someone else.
