[Reader-users] Question For AT&T Users

You will need the phone to have service because you need an internet 
connection for the GPS data to reach the phone.  I don't believe the GPS 
that comes with the N-82 is accessible, but Wayfinder Access seems the way 
to go and also needs an internet connection to operate.
