Dear Pam,

I believe the information you are asking for...input from folks who have
upgraded to the new reader is a good one. Like you I have mixed feelings. Of
course, there is likely to be still another reader in the future so I don't
know what to do. If you have input about the new reader which you have
purchased, please post to the list.

Subject: [Reader-users] Still Trying To Decide On The Upgrade

I really need to make this decision soon, and am looking for input.

My skill with the Classic Reader continues to improve, and part of me says
to just keep it and use it well. Another part of me says that, though in
general, digital cameras are better than the ones used in cell phones, there
will be no further upgrades to the Classic, and so I may lose out by not
upgrading.

I know at least one person is very pleased with the upgrade; but I'd like to
hear from other users with their upgrade experiences if there are enough now
who have made the switch. I will be seeing one of our California dealers
this coming week at a conference and might want to make the exchange then if
he can do so, or at least take my current package to him then if I decide to
upgrade. .

Please e-mail me with any thoughts you might have, including off list at the
address above if you would prefer.

Thanks very much in advance.

Pam
