[Reader-users] reader mobile question

hello,
  i just received my phone, and i am going to be using it as a reader and a phone. but first things first. i've put in my sym card from my other phone, and have not yet been able to receive a call. i just want to know if i need to take the phone out of some mode in order to be able to receive calls?
