Dear Tammy,
You might try to take the picture from a flatter angle so as to minimize the
flash reflection back at the camera.
You can also take a piece of paper and lay it over the card and use a pencil
to scribble back and forth over the raise numbers and then take a picture
of the piece of paper and compare that to what you got from your picture of
the card the first time.
Hopefully this will identify all of the numbers for you.
There are also a pin code set of numbers on the back of the card as an added
security step that you might be asked for if ordering something over the
phone.
