Hey there,
Indeed the reader will read credit cards depending on how much graphics are
on the card. I've had total success reading mine as there is not much
graphics being displayed. Also just for curiosity purposes, you might try
turning your card over to see if the reader will read the numbers on the
back side. Believe it or not, I had my reader read my card better from the
back. I was able to determine the credit card number even though it was
reversed.
