[Reader-users] introduction

Hi Jim;
I think it gives you the option to use F3 to cansel. Is this normal
behavior or did I do something to cause this reminder to start coming
on. When I first started using the machine, I do not remember anything
being said about storage. This is rather recent. You might say since I
have been testing the different modes and settings and using the option
to find out my field of view report. Where I get the edges of the page
and how much is filled.
Also my camera got disconnected from the pda about a week ago. Could
this be the cause?

How is Jim G.'s wife. We have not heard from him for a while. I can
not find his direct contact imfo for the life of me and I know I put it
in my reader folder.
Thanks for any imfo on my questions.

Terry,
It is reminding you that you have a chance to save if you want before
exiting and losing the chance forever. If you had it set to save text,
or both text and pictures, there would be no need to prompt you for
that, but you would fill your storage card faster than you might want.
It says that you can either press f4 to shut down, f2 to save and
something else that I do not now recall.

Shannon;
Check your machine, right above the battery. The card should be in the
reader.
They forgot to send me a case for my card, but the card was in the
machine. While I am on list, I have a question for everyone.
I have the reader set to only save with the long F2, so why is it saying
sometimes that there is something to be saved and if I want to save it
or exit. I do not remember exactly what it says, but I have just been
using my F4 twice to shut down. If I did not press long F2 why is it
even saying anything about saving at all?
Thanks for any help.

Yeah Kaye, it took a while, but once everyone was on the same page, I
got it in a real hurry. the only problem is that there is not a CF card
with my reader-there is an empty card case, but no CF card in the reader
or in the case. I have the SD card though.
