[Reader-users] Opening large files!

Hi Jim!
I am having difficulty opening large files which I have scanned with the reader. Do you have any suggestions? My SD card is 2gig and has quite a bit of memory left.

.I think, sometimes it's just pushing on the camera too hard, when you're 
.trying to replace the battery.  That has happened to my friend, and it

.Have you checked to see if the camera is connected correctly to the
.backplane?  Sometimes, if the little connection comes apart, it will act
.as you say yours is.  Lay the reader on a table with the end which has
.the buttons toward you and open the flap on the case.  Check to see if
.the camera is firmly connected.  If it's at all loose, look between the
.camera and backplane.  On the left side of the camera, as it's lying on
.the table, there is a slot that the male connected on the backplane fits
.into.  Make sure this connection is secure, close the flap tightly and
.see if that helps.
