Hello,
I have found, that if you center the camera in the middle of the 
envelope, then raise it up 16 inches, you should be able to get 
both the return and send to addresses in the picture.
If you are not having any luck with this, you might try raising 
the reader a little higher, and if that does not work, then you 
might try centering the reader on the return address label and 
raise it up 16 inches and take the picture.
Some things you might try, is if your reader is centered on the 
envelope, and you have raised it up 16 inches, press the up arrow 
and see what kind of field of view report you get, if it says all 
edges are visible, then take the picture and see how it does.
X really is a matter of practice, and soon you will have the hang 
of it.
