[Reader-users] Earphone Answer?

Hi J. D.:

The earphone plug should be tight in the jack. You should
experiment with pressing it into the jack quite firmly, if you
have not already done so. If you still can't get a tight
connection, do another experiment by unfastening the velcro flap
and plugging the earphone directly into the jack, not through the
hole provided in the casing. If by-passing the casing still
leaves you with a loose connection, there is a problem with the
PDA, which must be fixed. If you get a tight connection when you
by-pass the outer casing, we can help you to enlarge the hole
provided for the earphone jack.

Please call me at (443) 854-0854 for more help with this after
you have checked it out as suggested above.

Thanks, JG
