[Reader-users] dead battery and problems

[Jacob Kruger]

On the B model it's underneath the left hand side buttons, but literally on 
the bottom edge - not on the front.

Like I said before though, the support guys first told me to try the F1-F3 
combination which they seemed to say is, in that case, also a reset command.
