Have you checked to make sure the camera is connected to the backplane 
correctly and securely?  If it isn't, the camera won't come on.

Hello,
I got my reader in late Augest and I've had a little bit of a problem with 
the second battery since I've got it. The battery has been telling me its 
fully charged but when I put it in the camera nothing happens. I talk to 
tech support and was sent a replacement battery samething happened. Then a 
few weeks ago I talk to Mr. Gashel and we tried a few tests on the battery 
and camera and nothing happened again. So another battery was sent to me, I 
got it Friday. I tried in the camera and nothing happened so I charged it, 
once it was charged I tried again and still nothing.
Since our state convention was this weekend I took it back with me and asked 
someone with a reader to try the battery and they had no problem, there 
camera came right om. So all I can figure it is the camera and it looks like 
I have a problem.
Has anyone had this problem before or heard of it?
