Pam:

For me it is important to raise the camera to a heighth of which I have
become accustomed too with practice then quickly shoot. Gary is correct in
this since, if you ponder, you question yourself and become shaky.

When I demoed the product at Convention I stressed to the participants to
"stop thinking about the process so much and just shoot".
