I had the same problem. I was reading just after getting a repleacemtne
reader and it got hot and stopped fuhctioning. I plugged it in for several
hours and it came back to life.

No, after she plugged it in for awhile, it started to talk and seems to be
ok. But, she does have a lot of trouble changing the camera battery and
manages to get the camera disconnected from the backplane. So, I'm going to

go over and put that back together for her. I tried to talk her through it
over the phone, but it's not right, because the camera doesn't come
on...only makes one chime. I've gone over installing the camera battery,
each time I go there, but she forgets and needs a little help, but that's ok

with me.

Hi Cindy:

Have I missed something? Did Ann already get the recalibration
done? We want to help her if she needs it.

Thanks, J. G.
