[Reader-users] Reset is the only way to turn mine on

I don't think it would hurt to do that.  Did you try pressing the reset 
button?

Yes, and it was on the charger for several days, so I don't understand why
it's not working.  I checked the charger and it's working properly. Would it
hurt to try re-installing the update?
