[Reader-users] Reset is the only way to turn mine on

Jan,

If it's totally dead, I think it might need to be recalibrated.  I don't
know if it makes a difference in the amount of time it's been dead.  Have
you tried to charge and restart it?

Mine's totally dead.  Might it help to re-install the new software, or
should I get someone to help me re-calibrate it?
