[Reader-users] Has this ever occured to anyone else?

Hi folks,

I was checking this morning's post and we'd had a letter from the little woods shopping catalogue people. The thing is, when I first took a shot, it came back with nonsense. So I used the reading mode shortcut to set it into books, articles and labels, then pressed long down arrow to re-process. Voila, it worked, with the aded note that it was upside down. The question here is, "Is it normal sometimes for bills and memos mode not to determine the correct orrientation?". It just seemed rather unusual that's all.
