Hello Terry,
It reads numbers the way they are written.
As far as bills go, you have to play with the mode, sometimes it 
is better in Bills and memos, and others it is better in the 
other mode.
But it usually reads bills very well.
You will need to play with it at convention and see how it reads.
I suggest that you bring some bills that you have and some 
letters so that you test it with the documents you will be 
wanting to read.
