Roy;
If there is any way you can come to the NFB convention, there will be
demos of the KNFB reader and I am sure someone will be glad to help you
get used to the machine. Is there a member that uses one in your
chapter? Ask for assistance before you give up. I am going to ask for
a good demo at convention. It will be my decision as to whether to buy
the KNFB reader or go with a stand alone. I am almost sure what my
choice will be. I joined the list to read up on the machine ahead of
time.
Just by asking a big question, I have a good idea what the keys look
like before going to convention. Ask questions and do not give up!

Hello I khavae been using my reader for about one year and love it. The

learning is not that difficlt. I am technically a senior citizen and
find
it quite useful. l I do not know every feature, but have read mail,
paparback books, bank stastements, labels on boxes, some labels o cans,

vitanin bogtles, hotel iterature including extensions for restaurants
etc.

To whom this may concern:

I am a owner of The KWRM for about three weeks now! I regret to say that
I
am no better off today than I was when I first bought it. There are so
many
buttons, modes, and arrows that I feel "turned off" and return the thing

where I got it from. But before I do that, can someone please tell me
how he
or she got to learn how to make it work for him/her? any suggestion
would be
happily received.

Thank you.
