Hi Roy. The learning curve with this reader just involves practice and
having a sighted person there to tell you that you're taking a picture of
the sealing. Sometimes operating the reader is as simple as tilting your
hand down slightly.
Having said that, the tutorial cd is very helpful, as is the user's
manual found on the reader.
When you want to read some printed material in front of you, make sure
that the reader is in shooting mode and that the camera is on. Even if you
only point and shoot, you should be able to read within a few minutes. I
too have some concerns with the reader, but I know it will get better and
better with more time and technical innovation. Don't give up on this
machine yet. You'll know its true worth to you the first time you read a
contract on your own. Good luck to you. Ken Volonte

To whom this may concern:
I am a owner of The KWRM for about three weeks now! I regret to say that I
am no better off today than I was when I first bought it. There are so many
buttons, modes, and arrows that I feel "turned off" and return the thing
where I got it from. But before I do that, can someone please tell me how he
or she got to learn how to make it work for him/her? any suggestion would be
happily received.
Thank you.
