Roy, did you listen to the manual or read the braille materials or have 
someone read the manual to you? There are fewer buttons on this unit than on 
almost any high technology device.

If you would like to talk through how to make this work, I'll be glad to 
call you.

To whom this may concern:

I am a owner of The KWRM for about three weeks now! I regret to say that I 
am no better off today than I was when I first bought it. There are so many 
buttons, modes, and arrows that I feel "turned off" and return the thing 
where I got it from. But before I do that, can someone please tell me how he 
or she got to learn how to make it work for him/her? any suggestion would be 
happily received.
