To whom this may concern:

I am a owner of The KWRM for about three weeks now! I regret to say that I am no better off today than I was when I first bought it. There are so many buttons, modes, and arrows that I feel "turned off" and return the thing where I got it from. But before I do that, can someone please tell me how he or she got to learn how to make it work for him/her? any suggestion would be happily received.
