Hi Scott, There is a board which connects the camera and the PDA. If your 
camera is moving free, try feeling between it and the board to find the slot 
on the camera and the protrusion on the board and insert them as you would a 
USB connector in its socket.

Hi think the problem is that pda got detached from camera. How to I reattach 
it. their nothing about this in cd instructions.
