[Reader-users] Battery discharge without use

You wouldn't be able to read the pictures directly. Howver, the Reader
does store a text copy of the document in a separate directory on your
CF card so you can read it with your note-taker.

The web site is

  Hi Gary;
For those with note taker like the m-power, we should be able to save
on
a cf card and then rename the file on our note taker. This is another
highlite that I like. I will be able to take a picture of a document
and put it on a card and read it on my m-power in Braille or speech.
This is my understanding. Let me know if I am right or wrong, Gary.

Hi Terry. I'll take a stab at your questions but will probably need
  help.
  > How well is the machine for reading bills?
I find it is very good at telling me I have a bill but I am somewhat
  less
confident when it comes to knowing exactly what column I'm hearing.
  Since I
normally need a reader to fill out the check and put the relevant part
  of
the bill with it, I have to say I've not exercised the Reader as much
as

  others might.

With so few keys, how can
  > you give a document a name?
I think the document name is comprised of the date and time. I do not
  know
of a way to rename it to something which describes what is there.

Is there somewhere I can go to see the
  > layout of the keys and its functions?
The layout is given in the manual which you should be able to read
from
  the
  Reader site.

  Warmest regards,

  Gary
