[Reader-users] Fw: questions

I don't believe that anything was crossed out on the pages  that I was 
reading.  I believe that I was reading only the pages that had new 
legislation relating to mental health practice.  So, now I am wondering if I 
did something wrong with my reader  or is there something  wrong with my 
reader.  I tried  it at different heights --lower and higher.  I tried books 
and labels and bills and memos.  I just had no luck, and it was very 
disillusioning to me.
    Probably there is no reason to send a hard copy, and if I had been 
wiser, I would have just downloaded  via the computer and  had the computer 
read it to me.
    But still,  WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? Janet
