It is legislative bill 247. I was reading a section beginning on page 90.
I was using a copy of the bill that was sent to me.
thanks for your help. I ended up reading only the sections underlined
since these were the new legislation parts.
I was finally able to make it through using the CCTV , but I had hoped to
use the reader which would've been much easier.
