Hi Janet:
I think the only way we can know what is going on with this image is to see
the pictures you are taking. Another way, in this instance, is if you give
me the number of the bill, we can print it out and take pictures of our own.
Let's start with the second option. Please give me the number of the bill,
and I will try it out on this end.
