I agree. I thought the purpose was to help those of us who own KNFB
readers to solve problems. I don't even know most of the technology
terms and issues that have been presented in the last few weeks.
The KNFB reader has been a "ggodsend" to me, and I have had so much
assistance provided by Jim so that the reader can do all the things that I
wanted it to do.
