Cindy and all:

Gabe has been informed that the technology we own is fully protected by
multiple patents.  I don't know whether he will try to steel our
technology,k but this is something we would take very seriously.  If Gabe is
working with a competent team of engineers, as he says he is, I am certain
they would not want to be involved in any activity that could seriously
dammage their careers if a patent infringement occurs.
